The Omega has alphanumeric caller ID, so it recognises the phone number calling you, and displays it on screen via bluetooth. With a ghostly blue and white back lit LCD display, it looks pretty 'sexy' (for want of a better word) against the polished metal and black casing of the unit. Also, the unique angle tilting of the screen lets you adjust so it's always clear to see who's calling.
As with Pama's other Bluetooth sun visor handsfree kits, the Omega offers DSP sound quality, and simply slides securely into place on your sun visor, so there's no installation, and you can take it with you wherever you go. Pairing was very straightforward, and once it had stored my phone, it automatically recognised it each time I got in the car. The Omega also lets you upload your contacts too, so it's also handy as a SIM backup in case the worst happens. Voice dialling, single button control, call transfer, last number redial, and plenty more features make this a fantastic handsfree.
Summary With clear caller display you'll know who is calling before you answer and with superb DSP quality audio you can enjoy crystal clear conversations. This small, portable device clips conveniently onto the sun visor in your car and once paired to a Bluetooth device provides a safe handsfree system. With some very nice little touches and a design that would be tough to beat you really don't get much better value for your money.
